fermenation storm in this grape juice

I recently started fermenting wines from frozen fruit and 100% juice concentrate. Small batches to start, wine fermenting on my kitchen counter haha. 
1.5gal glass for primary and 1gal glass for second. I start a new batch about once every 7-10 days and watch the huge fermenation storms in these jars daily.
